Bed-wetting (known in the medical community as enuresis) is the act of urinating in bed habitually and especially, involuntarily. Bed-wetting is most common in early childhood. It also occurs frequently among older people such as senior citizens. It can however occur sometimes in early adulthood. The cause is unknown. Some popular theories are too much liquid before bedtime, very sound sleeping, dreaming about going to the bathroom, heredity, stress, drugs and alcohol.
The size of the bladder being too small is most often the cause in children ages 5 and under. Their bladders are often too small to hold enough urine to get them through the night. Most young children outgrow this type of bed-wetting. Illnesses such as a diabetes or a urinary tract infection may also be the cause of bed-wetting.
TREATMENT:
Their have been several cases of bed-wetting that was relieved in a matter of days when certain supplements were taken. Among these were magnesium, vitamin B2, and pantothenic acid. A protein supplement was also added to their diets and all allergy-causing foods were removed from their diets.
It is also helpful not to drink liquids within thirty minutes of bedtime. You should also see your health care provider as bed-wetting is sometimes caused by allergies.

It may be very beneficial to take a free-form amino acid as directed. This will help to strengthen the bladder muscle. Make sure to use a product made from a vegetable source.
